“We are very please with this bed.I had been on a search for a simple design....but quality made. This is it, we have ahead board very unique and didn't want to take away from the deco design. The bed arrived in 5 boxes, which made it easier to open .The assembly was very quick . From unboxing to finish assembly Les than an hour.Sturdy built for sure.”

“The quality of the bed and all of the parts are very good. I just wish the whole experience could match that. Given how much GLB is proud of their better bed slats, it's very curious to me that there is no photos of them on their website. All of their beds are shown with a mattress on them. I had to request a photo of to see what they look like, which they did send. I didn't like that there is no directions on their website or any kind of assembly video to give you some idea what the process is like. It would be nice if there is a PDF or something you could download. The bed parts came with some very simple printed directions, that appear to be generic to the type of bed I ordered. No mention in there was made about the Lettered stickers that are supposed to guide you as far as which tab goes into which slot. I had to go back to the website and look at the 3D model to compare normal and space saver Platform Bed to ensure the side beams where in the correct orientation so the shelf for the slats is at the right height for the space saver bed I ordered. Otherwise the slats would have been to low and would not have supported the mattress. Outside of those issues everything came together good and I'm loving the new bed frame so far.”

“My bed is fabulous but unfortunately the company's service was deeply lacking. One piece of my bed was chipped upon arrival, and the instructions it came with were for a entirely different bed! Thus, I did not have the correct screws or instructions to even screw them in. I was able to purchase my own screws and put it together with my previous construction experience but that would not have been possible for someone without those skills. Love my bed, deeply disappointed in these shortcomings for how much money I paid.”

“The bed was well wrapped when it arrived. It was easy to put together and we love how sturdy it is. There is no need for an extra leg in the middle which many US beds now seem to have, and the price was great! Only criticism is that the instruction manual seemed to be for all sizes of bed so we spent some time looking for pieces that didn't exist for our queen size bed. And the instructions could have been printed a little larger. We didn't figure out about the biscuits until too late so it got put together missing a couple. But we love the bed and it should last a lifetime! Thank you!”

“We are very pleased with the look of our new bed frame. We ordered from the USA, so the bed was delivered to us in individual slats. The pieces are easy to identify, making assembly a bit more simple. If you are assembling the bed you definitely without question will need an electric drill. The bed is exactly what we ordered so no complaints. The pack of 6 felt floor protectors for $11 seemed a bit pricey, but for expediency, it was good to have.”

“I love the wooden bed frame that I got, but I wish that there was a page displaying specific pictures of the different coatings you can have applied to the wooden bed frame. I couldn't find one with the coffee colored coating, and I got the red forest one because it was the only example I could actually see, but now it doesn't fit with the rest of my room because it's too bright so I'll probably have to try to stain the wood a different color.”

“We purchased two deco beds, one in maple and one in cherry. They are well made; very attractive and quite sturdy. Pretty easy to put together, though the instuctions could be made a little more clear.”

“First experience with Get Laid Beds. Found on the internet by chance when looking for replacement for our daughter’s room. At the time of purchase the price seemed very reasonable. Upon delivery, we found the product to be well put together and not just particleboard. Excellent quality!!! Highly recommend”

“Overall decent for $1200 (I got it at 20% off, beech wood), but I would not recommend GetLaidBeds to a friend unless it was heavily discounted. It's a bed, looks fine once assembled. A bit disappointed with the quality of the bed, shipping, and construction process. Good: The beech wood looks lovely, well sanded and finished, I appreciated the bevels. Some of the countersunk holes outward facing had a ring scratched around them but it could be sanded and buffed out. Bad: My friend and I had a terrible time trying to assemble the bed. Maybe it's the difference in humidity after shipping, but we had a hard time getting the screws in through the pilot holes even with a drill. Wasn't expecting to need that much torque and force. The instructions also didn't match how many screws were sent: 3 extra 35mm screws and 3 missing 50 mm screws. Some of the pilot holes were off by 1/8" or so, which made pieces not lie flush and left some kind of ugly gaps or overhangs..The pictures showed the bed joints looking a lot more flush than what the end product using the pilot holes was. Ugly: The felt floor protectors were 11$ extra but they were 6 thin 1" circles stapled onto the directions. My bed type (the Low Fuji Attic) has long, flat rectangles in contact with the floor, so I expected felt protectors that would fit the bed "legs" better. I ended up getting my own thicker and larger wool felt pads myself for a quarter of the price and cutting them to size.This bit just felt skeezy, why not just include the felt circles for free if they're going to be such cheap quality ones anyway. ”

“This is a great company. I get the sense that they really care about providing a quality product. There were a few hiccups with the shipping company. Even though it was not Get Laid Beds's responsibility, they handled it and resolved the issue.”
