“Glad to find this company. It is crazy how many terribly constructed beds, made from toxic cheap materials are pushed to you on amazon, wayfair, and the others. A lot of them still being $600+ ! But for under $500 we got a solid wood, well made bed. We just got it, so I can't attest to longevity yet, but it seemed like it will last a long while.”

“Shipping was on time and the quality is good, but the bed does creak and wobble a bit on a hardwood floor. The instructions are worse than IKEA. The claim that a single human can put this together with a screwdriver is just false—this took two adults and a power drill 3 hours to assemble. The instructions need updating, they call out the use of black screws when only silver screws are provided, they call out specific use of boards labeled ‘middle’ that are not at all labeled, and many boards had pre-drilled holes that were not needed, causing further confusion. We had to remove and re-drill some pieces to fit the headboard mount correctly. This ruined the purchase experience for me and for the price, I’d go for an easier assembly option like Thuma in the future.”

“We were looking for a simple 4 poster bed - preferably platform. I'm not sure which search brought us to the Get Laid website but my husband found the name amazing and we had to look. So glad we did. Pricepoint, even with shipping, was so much lower than other companies. The design options were just what we wanted and there was a wider variety of the stains than we'd found. When we received the bed, the build was easy and probably not just because the instructions were clear. Each piece was easy to identify because of the way it was shipped and everything connected smoothly. If all this wasn't enough - there's the forest conservation program. Sustainability is something we're trying to be more aware of and Get Laid didn't just talk about it being a corporate objective, they made it an actual leg in the business model.”

“I liked the bed style and appreciate the craftsmanship, however some of my wood had chips and dings in it throughout the bed and my headboard pieces of wood came warped so the headboard does not sit flat. I ordered online so it is expensive and a hassle to return overseas.”

“Though I was a bit reluctant to order a bed from an overseas company that no one I knew had ever heard of, I was pleasantly surprised with the whole order process. And, Get Laid did exactly what they said they would do. (On a more somber note, two of the four packages, which contained the major bed components, each had one end ripped open. There was no damage to the bed components however.)”

“Ordered my bed, I put full address and when I recieved dispatch confirmation my address was incorrect. Now fedex keep going around in circles trying to deliver but they can’t!!!”

“The bed itself is very nice, but it was not easy to put together. There were many screws and not all the screw holes had been drilled. It would not have been possible to do the job without a power drill.”

“This whole experience was wonderful. From the design phone discussion supporting a custom design of a XL Platform twin bed over an XL Twin Low Loft bed through our assembly each encounter was reassuring and professional. The beds arrived as scheduled and the designs were exactly as discussed. The tolerances allowing the XL Platform to accommodate the XL Low Loft Bed and mattress were perfect. The boxes were properly marked, and the instructions and parts were well represented and counted. We have the XL Low Loft bed on sliders (we provided the sliders) and it glides with ease beneath the XL Platform bed. The assembly was straight forward (only 2 slats needed post manufacturing drilling because one side was not drilled out of 19 slats). We are very satisfied and highly recommend this company.”

“Instructions for bed assembly in both bed boxes were for a White Knight bed rather than a Low Tokyo bed. Also, one of the pieces of wood had a dime size nick in it. Other than that everything else was fine.”
