“The delivery to the US east coast was a week sooner than expected, which I appreciated. A power screwdriver is needed to assemble the frame unless you have very strong hands. A beautiful piece of furniture.”

“My bed came much faster than expected and in great condition, which considering it crossed an ocean and most of North America, is impressive. Good packaging! Very happy with the selection, ordering process, the communication while the order was being fulfilled. On the whole, a lovely experience that I would recommend unreservedly to folks who want a nice bed that doesn't come with the industrial guilt (and shoddy build) of sweatshop furniture.”

“I purchased the White Knight bed in the US queen size, and I just assembled it yesterday. I love it already! I wanted something elegant and sturdy that would last me for years, and I can already tell that is what I got. Assembling was definitely a two person project, and there were some bits that were a little tricky to figure out, but we got it together with minimal fuss. It is fairly logical and straightforward in terms of design, so as long as you pay attention, you'll be fine. I used a drill with a Phillips bit, because there are a lot of screws and while using a screwdriver would be possible, I would have gotten pretty tired. I also got two under the bed storage boxes, and those went together fairly easily too. They have optional wheels for the bottom too, which is really nice! All told, I am extremely pleased with my purchase and am so glad I found this company! I got the ideal bed for half the price of competitors, with strong, reliable craftsmanship that has a timeless look.”

“Dealing with Get Laid Beds was smooth and trouble-free. Estimated delivery date was spot on from time of order. Shipement was well-packed. Materials are of high quality. Everything lined up perfectly with the pre-drilled pilot holes and instructions were spot on. It was nice to know this bed was made in Leicester City even though I am a life-long Arsenal fan! Go Gunners!”

“I don’t have any issues with the company itself. The shipping cost from UK to US was surprisingly inexpensive but I’m sure my purchase price helped subsidize it. The ordering process online was easy, email support questions were answered quickly and the delivery process was trouble free. So as long as you don’t have any issues with your order, you’ll get what you’re expecting on time and intact.”

“I like the little frame. Well crafted with some stain missing from the ends of headboard sections. The screwdriver was not adequate for assembling the entire frame. I had to hire a handyman with power tools to complete the project which added significantly to the total cost of the frame. I assumed that the side rails would be removable rather than fixed in place with screws, which speaks of cheap quality. Now I am struggling to reconstruct the box spring unit so that it just raises the mattress out of the side rails.”

“I'm relatively happy with the bed after it was assembled. That said, we had problems with shipping (6 boxes in all, 1 came 3 days later). The assembly wasn't great. Some instructions were missing (ie no discussion of what to do with the "biscuits") and some of the wooden slats were warped. The under bed storage parts list didn't match what was shipped (it said 32 black screws, there were only 16, instead silver flat head screws were included). The end result was the fit and finish wasn't great on the under bed storage. I see no reason why there couldn't have been a video to go thru the assembly.”
