As the Christmas period is the busiest time of the year for parcel deliveries, this is when we usually get the most amount of delays, and in order to avoid the gifts being delayed, we had a statement on our website to notify customers that orders may be dispatched early, we sincerely apologise if this was unclear. Despite the early arrival, we hope the recipient still enjoyed their gift.
