The gift basket was great however I will not buy from them again due to the delivery method. My first delivery was left at the front door so with the second delivery I left instructions “ do not leave at front door please ring xxxxxxxxx if door not answered”. Package was left at front door they did not even knock, luckily my granddaughter thought she heard a car out the front and went to look seeing the package was left at the front door.

Thank you Evelyn for providing the feedback. We are really sorry for the disappointment. We deliver through star track and the drivers don't actually call the customers about the delivery. We do try our best to mention everything on the shipping label to make sure that the gifts get delivered safely and on time. But sometimes we do get let down by the couriers. And we do understand the concerns that you got with the gift hamper. We again apologise for this.

Gift is good but address on package did not reflect that given at order. However after some effort by the recipient the matter was resolved

Pretty disappointing as I ordered the basket to come on the friday before mother’s day and then it said it was ‘on time’ for the monday after mother’s day? pretty slack

Hi Tegan, We are sincerely sorry for the disappointment caused with your delivery. When a customer places an order, there is a statement at the checkout that says "I understand that StarTrack Premium Express-Overnight can sometimes experience a delay in certain areas due to circumstances out of our control". We are also very clear that unexpected delays may occur at busy times during the year. Startrack Express is a completely separate company from us, one that we must use due to the size and scope of their network, however once we have shipped your gift we are no longer in control of the shipping process.

Box was quashed Was not delivered by truck but by Aus post Ribbon was squashed form being in the box it came with My card was no full stop sentences went on with each other The little chocolates looked like they were thrown in

Hi Violet, We sincerely apologise to hear of your disappointment with your order. The products are neatly displayed and we ensure they can not move during transit -they should not be broken, damaged, out of their packaged order etc. We add a ribbon and bow to the container (these as well as the type of container are specified on the site) and then place this in an outer cardboard box for shipping. The card message is copied from the order and pasted to the gift card then printed and added to the gift hamper.

While the gift basket was beautifully done, I was so disappointed in the delivery. It was for a 60th birthday in which I presumed like other online r services THAT IT WOULD BE DELIVERED ON THAT SPECIAL DAY.Only to have it delivered the next day and in the afternoon.I have dealt with StarTrack before & if I’d have known it was with that company or that it wasn’t same day, I wouldn’t have purchased the gift.

Hi Miriam, we are sorry to hear of your disappointment in the delivery service. In the shipping section at checkout, it was stated that the delivery method is via StarTrack Premium. We also have a statement at checkout which requires customers to check and acknowledge that there are possible delays via the StarTrack overnight service and unfortunately out of our control. Hi Sharon, we are sorry to hear that your parcel didn't arrive on time. We had a look at your order tracking and could see there was an attempted delivery once before, but the driver was unable to gain access to the property, so the parcel was taken back to their depot and redelivery was organised for the next available day, causing the parcel to arrive 1 business days late. We sincerely apologise and hope you can understand.

I would love to review your product but as far as I am aware, due to postal disruption, the package hasn't arrived yet. It would be better to ask me for a review after Christmas when my Australian family have opened their gifts.

Hi Joe, we apologise that your gift arrived later than expected. We could see from the tracking that your gift was processed and picked up by the courier the same day it was ordered. Unfortunately it was delayed when it was in transit and we had no control over the delivery process once a parcel is with the courier. Hi, The order was placed for delivery on a certain day and came the following day of the request. It was instructed to drop off after 3pm, was dropped off at 10.34am and left in the sun. Overall the package was very good, just instructions could be worked on by the freight company you use. Kind regards

There is also a statement under "delivery instructions" which advises customers that we cannot specify a delivery time or ask Startrack to call a recipient prior to delivery. Hi Seshnee, we apologise that your parcel arrived earlier than requested. There have been delays Australia wide and we have been advised by our courier company to send everything out a day or so early in order to counteract these delays. Unfortunately your parcel was not affected by these delays and therefore arrived early. While the majority do prefer to receive the gifts earlier rather than later, we understand if the early arrival was inconvenient or upsetting for you. Please note, we do have a statement at the checkout advising our customers that the calendar function only serves as a guide (not a guaranteed delivery date) and we also have a statement advising that orders may be dispatched early. Delivery did not arrive on time as the unit number dropped off. Had to follow up 3 times and delivery took a week. Received great customer service on 1 occasion, the other interactions were disappointing and required additional follow-ups.

We did dispatched the gift from our warehouse on time but sometimes it just gets delayed in transit which is unfortunately not in our hands as we use Star track and Australia post for sending our gifts and sometimes it takes longer to deliver the gift.
