Not very happy, the gift basket has not yet been received by the recipient and informed this morning that it won't be delivered now until Friday. I have ordered many baskets through you and have never had such poor service, some of it my doing in leaving out the Street Number, but since Friday I have not heard anything from the Courier and they were given the number they required and two contact numbers which they have not tried at any time. Poor service from the Courier of your choice

Hi Margaret, we apologise that your parcel was delayed. We had a look at the tracking and could see it was delivered on 23/09. Because the address was missing the street number, the delivery could not be made until it was updated. As soon as we have received the correct address from you, we contacted StarTrack and requested them to redeliver the parcel as soon as possible. However, when an address is changed, it becomes a redirection and would take a minimum of 2 business days for the address to be updated on StarTrack's system, and then it will take them a couple more days to arrange delivery to be made, that's why your parcel was delayed. We chose Australia Post and StarTrack as our courier companies because they are the best courier companies and provide the most efficient delivery. We are really sorry that you did not have a good experience this time. If there is anything we have help you with in the future, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The gift basket was supposed to be delivered on a specific day and it arrived early. One of the contents was leaking.

Hi Katherine, we apologise that your parcel arrived earlier than requested. There are still delays Australia-wide (especially interstate deliveries) and we have been advised by our courier company to send everything out a day or so early in order to counteract these delays. Unfortunately your parcel was not affected and therefore arrived early. While the majority do prefer to receive the gifts earlier rather than later, we understand if the early arrival was inconvenient or upsetting for you. Please note, we do have a statement at the checkout advising our customers that the calendar function only serves as a guide (not a guaranteed delivery date) and we also have a statement advising that orders may be dispatched early. Regarding the content that was leaking, if you have a photo, could you please send it to our help desk at help@giftbasket.com.au and we will look into the matter for you? Thank you.

There seems to be no point choosing a delivery date, because the two separate hampers I ordered both arrived several days earlier than I had booked. It kind of ruined the surprise.

As we are based in Brisbane QLD, sometimes there are delays for parcels being delivered interstate, and we have been advised by our courier company to send everything out a day or so early in order to counteract these delays. Unfortunately your parcel was not affected by these delays and therefore arrived early. The basket was well received, but delivery was 3 days late... which was a little disappointing so can't give you 5 points cause of that

Although we have dispatched your gift the same day it was ordered and 98% of our gifts do arrive on time, however, while rare, delays are still possible, and out of our control unfortunately. Excellent time if if delivery.. The presentation box was excellent but I was disappointed with the content of the hamper. A few chocolates scattered between nicely packaged biscuits and jars looked cheap. I felt the contents weren’t best value for money.

The basket was ok but not great. The gift arrived 2 days late, and the best that gift basket.com could do is say sorry. Very poor service., not good value. Won’t use them again Jory Bocknek

My only complaint was I wanted it delivered on the Wednesday, but apparantly it wasn’t delivered until Friday…

We always try our best to send the gift out a day or two early and 98% of our gift hampers do deliver on time but sometimes some delays are out of our control, such as flight delays or weather issues. Bought the gold gift basket with Toblerone. The product was smaller in size and amount compared to what's in the picture.

Although the gift basket was great and was well received. I was extremely disappointed with the delivery, it arrived 24 hours after the date I asked it to be delivered. I gave plenty of time for delivery ( 4 days notice) yet it was still late. On this alone, I don't think I will be using gift basket again.

Hi May, so sorry to hear that your parcel was delayed. We could see that you placed an order on a Sunday evening while our office was closed, this means we could only process and dispatch your order the following business day - Monday for a Tuesday arrival as selected by you. Unfortunately, your gift was delayed by a day during the delivery process, and we have no control over it once it's been picked up by the courier, but we apologise on behalf of StarTrack for the delay and hope you can understand.

The pictures are not representing what you get. I chose a basket with a specific candle, but a different one delivered, it's not good.

Unfortunately one of the corona bottles which was an additional item to the hamper broke and leaked into the almond, rocky road and pistachios. Apart from that happy with the rest of the items, the box that it came with, the beautiful pink ribbon and message card

The birthday chocolate basket was impressive. However I was most disappointed that it arrived the day after the birthday. Picked up in Brisbane on 1 November. Delivered in Auchenflower (a few miles away) on 3 November. Not good.

I ordered the basket at least 2 weeks before I wanted it delivered so was disappointed that it was delivered the day before I wanted it delivered. It was a birthday gift and it's always nice to get something on your actual birthday. The gift itself was very nice and the recipient was pleased with it.

The product was as described and worked a treat. But it was for an anniversary and requested it accordingly for the day via Premium tracking (Friday 1/10). Unfortunately, it did not come and eventually made it's way to my address on Tuesday (5/10). While it's not a detrimental concern, it did somewhat dampen the occassion, and I was hoping at least to be notified why etc from Gift Basket. I also can't solely blame the couriers, because I used the exact same couriers for flowers from a different company and it came on the Friday as requested. Overall, great product, poor delivery.

The product was great. But processing was a let down - that it took three days to process my order which with current delays ensures that the hamper arrived very late.
