“In these hard times, (COVID lock down) there has been a halt in the delivery of many parcels. I suspect this was the reason my son did not get his gift on his birthday but 2 days later. I thought I had ordered on time and in time but alas, this was not enough. I never got to see the gift, but my son did thank me for what would make lockdown that bit easier.”

“I was told the basket was great. I think it was extremely overpriced though. 2 beers some single chocolates and nuts for $95 delivered.”

“Hard to choose the best rating, as one delivery was easily 5 stars, the other delivery was a disappointment, more so with the delivery option than the product and dealings with the company. The items purchased were certainly impressive, and matched what was represented on the website. The delivery of a gift, that involved two baskets for the same one person, had one basket delivered to the Post Office, and the second basket delivered to the neighbours. This service is not okay, particularly in these times, where delivery such as this was organised to avoid risk of community transmission. Whilst I have emailed these concerns to the company, I am yet to hear back.”

“Not cheap for what you get and even though specified a date for arrival, it came a day early - meaning the surprise was ruined. Considering the large number of hampers you can choose from, you are limited with the extras you can add to your hamper, so restrictive.”

“It was ok, this is my 2nd time I’ve ordered and always arrived late, and also for the 2nd time some things were missing or replaced ?‍♀️ Didn’t get everything like it was supposed to, ok experience but not the best , not ideal for quick thinking gifts where you would want it delivered in 1or 2 days it may take a while and even not arrive on the scheduled day”

“Disappointed that after contacting via messenger to find out how to add an item not listed to discover that the item easy not added to the basket after following the instructions given.....cheese without crackers doesn't really work especially for an 88 year old in lockdown. It was also delivered 4 days before the requested date, a day early I could have accepted and if late in this climate I would also have accepted. On a positive note the customer service was satisfactory when I contacted them in regards to this, but disappointed my dad had no crackers to have with his cheese, monetary refund offered for the crackers and the disappointment and my dad had only good things to say about the presentation. I will use them again and hopefully the product will be what I order.”

“Hi, Look your staff have been great, my reason for disappointment, 1st time user, organized for my wife's birthday. When it didn't look like arriving yesterday, I thought I should call, your representative ( very helpful ) advised that there had been an issue on Tuesday with Star track packaging / pickups etc. My order never left on Tuesday for Friday delivery. She then organized for resending - thank you. Not her fault at all - however -I would have thought the issue would have been discovered on Tuesday when no tracking number was issued. Anyway, that's my feedback Regards Graeme Bright”

“The gift was terrific, quite good value and it certainly arrived quickly. There is however a mismatch between the internet photo and reality, The internet photo spreads the contents a great deal, including clever use of the box. More so, the packaging of the goodies differs to what is in the photo.”

“I was happy with the product but was not happy with the delivery time, I had my order in and asked for delivery to be made on 6th Aug. As it was a gift for my best friend's 50th birthday who lives in QLD and I live in NSW so we couldn't be together for this special occasion, she didn't get the gift until 9th Aug. I was extremely disappointed.”
