I fell victim to a scam by this company, which deceitfully took my hard-earned money. I lost funds that I had worked tirelessly to earn. They refused to allow me to withdraw even a cent and kept demanding tax payments. Fortunately, I found AIXALTD.COM on Google, and I successfully recovered my entire investment without any fees.

Ordered and paid for delivery on a specific day and still 4 days later not received. Customer service awful and offered a discount on next order (which I am never going to use). Customer service then offered refund of delivery. Do not waste your money with this site, there are lots better hamper/gift basket companies out there. Poor, poor, poor

Was disappointed the 2nd time by late delivery for an important date. They blamed the courier but if you are an online gift business this is an essential part of your business. Mother's Day gift was delivered 4 days after it was scheduled to arrive. So disappointed for my mum who was alone on Mother's Day. Won't use the service again

When a customer places an order, there is a statement at the checkout that says โ€œWe cannot specify a delivery time, or ask Australia Post/StarTrack to call a recipient prior to delivery but any other notes such as where to leave the parcel or any other information that may be useful to the couriers, please write hereโ€. We always put the contact number on the shipping label, as this may be used by the delivery depots to confirm/update addresses, as well as allow post office staff to contact recipients to collect their items. Most courier companies are on a very tight schedule and are unable to call ahead of delivery or follow the delivery notes if they are too complex. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and we thank you kindly for your understanding. The company has no communication with the couriers, so the package sat at the post office from Thursday to Monday, and nobody could tell me where it was when I rang on Friday. It was supposed to be delivered on the Friday for a party. If I knew where it was I could have arranged someone to collect it. It turned up 3 days after the party even though it was delivered to the local post office the day before.

Was probably the most disappointing gift basket I have ever purchased. I honestly thought it would have been a lot bigger for the price. For over $100 I don't see how it's even remotely fair value. I would be able to put it together for about $40 buying the things separate. Really really Un happy and never ever going back to your dodgy website. False advertising in my opinion.

I was so sad to report that the gift basket was disturbingly small. Definitely misleading photography. Definitely is not value for money. I bought 3 Baskets over $200 + shipping (expected) I was left feeling ripped off and had to go out and buy more easter eggs on top.

I bought an easter hamper it cost 100 dollars and had 20 dollars worth of eggs rip off I did complain but not very sorry just said the description was online and it virtually was my fault. Don't buy from these people

I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed when I saw the size of my recent purchases. The presentation picture of the gifts appeared to be of a reasonable size for the price but In reality it was far from it. In my evaluation of the gifts, the contents were less than one third the total value of the product, not including p and p. I will hesitate using this service again.

Terrible! The basket with cheese was left out in 100ยฐheat and one of the sippers was cracked. They would not replace it. Very disappointed. I'm on the otherside of the world so it's difficult to do anything. But they got their money!

Basket came day before it was due and left outside on 38 degree day. Basket was warm when I received it at 230 so hadnโ€™t had any type of refrigeration. Was hesitant to give it as gift in case some of food had gone off.

We're advised by Startrack that there have been some delays and to send everything out a day or so early in order to counteract these delays. Unfortunately, your parcel was not affected by these delays and therefore arrived early. While the majority do prefer to receive the gifts earlier rather than later, we understand if the early arrival was inconvenient or upsetting for you. And, the reason it was left unattended because it had authority to leave the parcel on the order. Terrible!! it was to be for Valentine's Day but as I know that day can be crazy I organise it to be sent on the 13th to her work. It was delivered on the 10th and not to her work but to the post office thanks for ruining Valentine's Day will never use again

Hi Michael, We are sincerely sorry for the disappointment caused with your delivery. At the checkout it states that unexpected delays may occur at busy times during the year. Startrack Express is a completely separate company from us, one that we must use due to the size and scope of their network, however once we have shipped your gift we are no longer in control of the shipping process. The parcel is taken to local post office only if the couriers can't gain access to the building or Recipient is not available to receive the parcel.

Very disappointing. I purchased a gift for my daughter-in-law for her birthday and they delivered it 2 days before her birthday despite specifying the date. When I found out I emailed them and received a return email about 'can't always rely on transport' and 'they deliver when they can'. Don't purchase anything that needs to be delivered on a certain date :(

As we can see that the estimated delivery timeframe provided to us by StarTrack was a minimum of 2 working days and also with added information about possible delays provided to us, we were advised to send the gifts out early in order to prevent any possible delays. However, it seems like your area was not affected therefore the gift arrived early. Please note, we do have a statement at the checkout advising our customers that the calendar function only serves as a guide (not a guaranteed delivery date) and we also have a statement advising that orders may be dispatched early.

Sadly I found the website difficult to use however I persisted and placed my order. I wanted to order two baskets for different people but at same holiday accommodation address -it was not possible to be done on the same order unless they got delivered to one client who then passed on the other. My order was sent prior to the requested delivery date which caused issues as the guests had not arrived at the accommodation so I then had to make arrangements for another to collect the baskets and deliver on correct date. Certainly would not recommend this company and will not be using in future.

Hi Kerry, we are sorry to hear that you found our website difficult to use. As we are only allowed to print out the same shipping label per order and address, unfortunately we cannot address the recipients separately (you can combine the names together in the recipient field) if the gifts are going to the same address. However, we have included the recipients' names to be put on top of the gift card envelopes so the recipients know who the gift is for. Regarding delivery, as Christmas is the busiest period of the year, there is a much higher demand for deliveries and postal services. We have been advised by our courier company to dispatch orders early in efforts to counteract any possible delays - there is also a statement at checkout advising customers orders maybe dispatched early. Unfortunately, your parcel was not affected by these delays and therefore has arrived early and we do sincerely apologise.
