We ordered a birthday chocolate bouquet with a balloon, the gift arrived a week late even though we paid extra shipping costs. The gift itself was incredibly disappointing, it only had about $10 worth of chocolates - we paid $89 and would have expected a little bit more than that, the presentation was also very disappointing and did not look professional. I

Ordered it on a Thursday for following day delivery, arrived the following Thursday. And then had the cheek to refund me $9.00. Never again.

I am very disappointed firstly I received only one gift basket after ordering 6and then it wasn’t what I ordered then I received a further 6 still not what I ordered now waiting to get what was missing. Will be interested to see what arrives this time

Really disappointing $70 for a small box of chocolate, one toblerone and 16 mini chocolates- exactly as listed if you scroll for ever to get to the end of the product. My fault for not doing that. Overpriced and late on delivery.

I ordered a Gift Basket etc to be delivered to my grandson in hospital. On the morning of delivery (Wed) he was sent home from the hospital. When I found out it was later in the day and tried to call to redirect but it was after 4pm. Outside the ridiculously short business hours of the company! I contacted the StarTrak help line to arrange home delivery (in the same suburb). They took the new address and said the package would have to go back to the depot and be delivered on Friday. I had an email from your company on the Thursday to let me know they had contacted Star Trak and all was fine. Later Friday afternoon when I had not heard anything about the delivery I contacted you again. I was told I would get a call back to let me know what was going on. Instead I got an email saying the basket had been delivered. I checked with my family and nothing had arrived. It was after 4pm again! No phones staffed. I contacted the consignment company again and they told me delivery had been refused! They had taken it to the hospital again!! Shocking service all around. Now I am told it won't be delivered until after the weekend.

Package was delivered to the wrong address and did not make it in time for my grandmothers 81st birthday. Package was delivered on a Thursday and was not rectified until the following Monday. We are in lockdown so there was nothing I could do to replace it. Company offered to reimburse shipping cost and offered a $30 voucher to use with them. I won’t be using them again so I don’t get anything. Would have preferred my money back.

First time ordering internationally on this site. I was given an order date for delivery. That date has passed. Tracking shows delivery date set 4 months prior to my purchase date. No idea when my gift will be arriving and no status communication either.

I was disappointed as it cost $278 as I purchased extra cheese, tag and chocolates and asked to be delivered to my daughters on Friday. I especially did not tell her as it was a birthday surprise during lockdown. I gave your company her mobile to ring as it’s difficult to get into her building but no one rang when delivered on THURSDAY. I received a text from Star Trek informing me that no one was home so they took it to Rosebery Post Office. Knowing there was cheese in it that was time sensitive I called my daughter who informed me she also received a text to go to post office. However she was unaware what it was so would have gone the next day if I had not rung her. she went straight down and picked it up. I understand with Sydney lockdown things are not as normal but maybe a bit better communication by phone and not auto text could have not ruined her surprise. Jo Peterson

Didn’t arrive on time. It was supposed to be a birthday surprise for my daughter in lockdown to brighten her day. So bitterly disappointed. I’m still waiting for it!!
