I'm not very happy with this service and feel I was misled to think this was coming from Perth (as I'm in Perth) and would be delivered that same day or day after. I ordered this on the 3/7 and it is now 11/7 and it still has not been delivered. Why on earth would this be coming from Queensland when I'm in WA

Hi Martine, we are so sorry to hear that your gift was delayed. Our head office is located in Salisbury QLD 4107, and this is where we dispatch all of our gift baskets. Our full address could also be found on our website under "contact us", we have no intention to be misleading in any way. We do apologise for any misunderstanding. We checked the delivery status and could see your gift was dispatched the following business day (4th) due to the order being placed over the weekend when our office was closed, and thegift was delivered on the 11th. While 98% of our gifts arrive on time, however delays of 1-2 days while rare, are still possible, and unfortunately, we have no control over once the gift has left our warehouse. For future reference, if your gift is delayed for more than a day or two, please contact us and we will try to help you lodge an inquiry with the delivery company and investigate. Thank you.

Not great. I paid extra to upgrade the wine to a cab sav, and just found out that a shiraz was sent with the basket. I should have been warned about it and had my extra money refunded.

Didn’t arrive on the date I specified and there was no cheese and per description. I emailed my complaint and I got no response!!!

Hi Heidi, we apologise that your gift arrived late. Whilst 98% of the gifts arrive on time, delays of 1-2 business days, even though rare, are still possible. We have been advising our customers on the website of the current delays under our “Delivery Information” section. There is also a statement at the checkout advising customers that the calendar function only serves as a guide (not a guarantee of delivery date). Regarding the email, we checked and could see you were simply asking for the delivery status on Monday night and we responded to you the following day advising your gift was onboard for delivery. Perhaps the email has gone to your junk mail folder and you did not see it. We could see you ordered a cheese platter gift basket, it would be unlikely that the cheese is not included. However, if you are happy to send a photo of what was received to our email: help@giftbasket.com.au we can look into this matter for you.

I had the worst experience with this company. My hamper was not delivered on time and it was extremely late. What was delivered was not what I asked for. And the company was very difficult to deal with.

Wow what a turnaround. Unfortunately I did not have the best experience with this company and placed the appropriate review - not a good one. I was very pleased to receive an almost instant call re my review apologising and asking how they could make amends. The courier company let them down but the sales staff are awesome. Good work

Basket was delivered in the wrong name. No attempt was made to deliver it to the address and no card was left to tell them that there was a delivery or where it was. I even sent an email to make sure that it had the right recipient . Never again!

My order was made and paid for 09/10/2021 from QLD to go to Victoria to be delivered on 14/10/2021 my mother's birthday. It never arrived. After several complaints . To the company I made the order with, star trak the delivery company, and Australia post. Today 20/10/2021. Still no delivery, no contact. Nothing. I am extremely furious with the fact that this has not been followed up. I paid for a product and a service and nothing.

It gave me an option the first time to have it delivered august 30. I asked for it to be delivered then and it wasn’t, firstly it would let me choose it on the calendar and then it wouldn’t. I am really disappointed because I needed it then and it was 2 days late. Won’t be ordering from you again
