Hi Heidi, we apologise that your gift arrived late. Whilst 98% of the gifts arrive on time, delays of 1-2 business days, even though rare, are still possible. We have been advising our customers on the website of the current delays under our “Delivery Information” section. There is also a statement at the checkout advising customers that the calendar function only serves as a guide (not a guarantee of delivery date). Regarding the email, we checked and could see you were simply asking for the delivery status on Monday night and we responded to you the following day advising your gift was onboard for delivery. Perhaps the email has gone to your junk mail folder and you did not see it. We could see you ordered a cheese platter gift basket, it would be unlikely that the cheese is not included. However, if you are happy to send a photo of what was received to our email: help@giftbasket.com.au we can look into this matter for you.

“Great quality gift hamper and delivered on time. I ordered a gift hamper at last minute. It was exactly was I ordered and was delivered on time. My delivery request was a little challenging and my note instructions we followed very thoroughly so gift was on time and with great care. Wonderful service and I will definitely use them for all my gift needs. Thank you!”

“This turned out to be a fantastic way to give a special present to my mum who lives interstate. She loved the wine and chockies and said it all came in a beautiful box. Delivery was as planned on the day of her birthday. I'll definitely be using this service again! Beats posted vouchers or trying to contend with posting packages!”
