“Giftround was easy to use, we have many staff members who work remotely and this has enabled all staff to be involved. We are very impressed with how easy it was to contribute and comment. Also, had an issue (not Giftround) as we input the incorrect email address to receive the gift, but Giftround sorted this within the hour. Would highly recommend it and would definitely use it again.”

“Quick and hassle free to use. Long gone are the days of trying to pass an envelope and card around the office and catch everyone. Customers services are helpful and very quick to assist with any issues”

“Great Customer service and very helpful although I think the cut taken for bank transfers is too high also I doubt the company is paying face value for any gift vouchers. I guess you are paying for convenience.”

Just to give a little more information about fees at GiftRound: - GiftRounds are FREE to create - GiftRounds are FREE to contribute - no hidden or unexpected ‘top-up’ fees taken from contributions - All purchases in the GiftRound Store are fee-FREE - this includes eGift Cards for over 60 major retailers When you choose to spend your GiftRound on an e-voucher, you can use GiftRound without any fees. We can offer this because our retailer partners offer us a small discount for using their service. If you opt for a bank transfer the fee is determined on the charges we incur through our payment provider to ensure collected funds are safe thanks to their multiple anti-fraud and money-laundering prevention tools. We regularly review this fee to ensure we are offer the most competitive online gift collection service we can. GiftRound is a free to access and free to use service. However, even free services need to generate revenue in order to exist. We are determined to see as much of your contributions as possible go towards your gift and to keep our fees as low as they can be, whilst providing a quality service. “Used this for a Colleague's leaving gift. Easy to navigate & circulate. Sent to wrong email address, which was my fault. Requested to re-send and Giftround sent to correct address in quick time”

“I have used Giftround for a couple of years now. I have organised around 15 collections requesting either vouchers or bank transfer, it has worked well with no issues and people have been delighted with their gifts. Quick and easy to use many of my colleagues have started to use too. Great service, thank you.”

“GiftRound has become an easy, reliable annual end-of-the-school-year tradition for us at my son's school. Group collecting together as parents has a huge impact and the teacher can choose a meaningful gift to remember the class by instead of multiple mugs and boxes of chocolates! Free to set up a collection, free to contribute and free to use the GiftRound on a wide range of retailers and some gorgeous gifts in the GiftRound Store. A fee is only charged if you opt for a bank transfer for your GiftRound. The support team is always prompt to reply to any queries - super service!”
