A preordered that I had placed over a year ago kept getting pushed back and back with no legitimate explanation, but other sellers in the US had the said item in stock. When I tried to contact the company after a year with no information to cancel my preorder, my messages were never responded to. My preorder, oddly enough, was shipped to me a few days ago. Everything seems fine, but I'm very upset at the lack of contact. I will not be doing business again with this company.”

Bought them because it said delivery date of dec 15-19; well before xmas. yeah. on the 19th a label was slapped on a ups box and tracking shows everything still sitting in CA. no option even given to have them shipped in a faster manner - even after i emailed *again* offering to pay more since they said they were too busy to get orders out in the promised time frame. 👎👎👎so now i get to hopefully relieve these and THEN go onto pay another shipping cost to get them to the visiting recipient - who will have left by my now quoted date of 12/29.”
