“J'ai commandé sur le site des accessoires pour le testeur céto et un sachet d'1 kg d'édulcorant. Le colis reçu ne correspond pas au bon de livraison, il manque le sachet qui n'aurait d'ailleurs jamais pu rentrer dans le carton expédié. Lorsque je porte réclamation, on me demande de remplir un questionnaire en néerlandais pour se retourner vers le livreur qui n'y est pour rien ! Je n'ai pas encore obtenu le remboursement ou l'envoi de l'article manquant, et j'en suis pour 15€99. Comme première commande, on fait mieux !”
