“The plant arrived in excellent condition. I have rated it only 3 because of the excessive amount of packaging. The box was both very tall, long and wide. On opening I found the plant securely fitted into a small corner with all the rest just empty space. A box half the depth, width and length would have been sufficient. This would surely have cost less both in materials and postage,and would have made it far easier for me to break up for recycling.”
Thank you for leaving your review on our packaging. We usually have a great selection of boxes to best fit the plants ordered. However we were running low on smaller boxes that day and would have rather sent it out to you directly than wait for our box delivery. Your feedback is much appreciated.
