“Harlow have a good variety of timber products available. I ordered MDF skirting and PAR timber which were all wrapped well with bubble wrap and delivered without a problem.”

“Ordered 11 fence panels online, on the Sunday To be delivered the following Thursday, I received an email to confirm this. They arrived in the afternoon, and the driver helped me carry them into my back garden. Really happy with the quality and the price.”

“Great service. Communication about the order processing was prompt.The item was exactly as described and exactly what we wanted for our project. Unfortunately the time arrived damaged despite some serious packaging. The customer care service was again excellent and prompt offering a replacement or full refund without question and with sincerely apologies for any inconvenience caused. We would recommend Harlow Timber Group and would use them again.”

“Great service, timber was delivered at the specified time and they contacted us the day before to let us know the 2x2 beams we had ordered were out of stock but there was an alternative and wanted to check with us to see if it was suitable. I have one small issue which was quite a few of the decking boards had split at the ends(about 25% of them) so I had to cut them all by 2 inches”
