“First time I had used and was was very impressed with how easy to place order. I was kept fully up to date with delivery date and it arrived on time. I also had to call in at the ocal branch for an extra cut of wood. Staff were very friendly and professional.”

“I’ve been to Harlows timber 3 times in the last week and a half for a few different bits of wood and screws. The staff on the desk are really helpful and polite. The yard crew also made me feel welcome and passed the time of day.”

“Great choice of timber sizes. One of the items I ordered was no longer available, but customer service was quick to get in touch, and I worked with Ben to find an alternative that would still fit my needs.
