“For the purpose I need it which is extreme restless legs, I need to buy one large bottle every two weeks, sometimes sooner which I cannot justify paying for, so I've had to give it up. Im bk to the drawing board again. To those who get r/legs on and off now and again or not to extreme ir any of the other niggles it helps with I say it's really worth a try, it took me a few go's before it worked ( at first I thought it was a no go) but I purchased another bottle and since then it's been working.good luck!”

“Magnesium spray and pillow spray. Easy to navigate website. Both products have helped promote sleep with a nasty after effect next morning. Have used for over a week and sleeping pattern improved after 2 nights use.”

“I bought the Harrogate Organics Magnesium Spray for my mum. She's tried other products but she was still having trouble sleeping and her legs were restless. So pleased to say that this has worked for my mum! She's sleeping much better, her legs aren't aching the same and she just feels more refreshed when she wakes up.”

“Brilliant product. Much better than tablet form. Has really helped me to sleep and also with hip ache. Only thing I don’t like is the smell. Not awful. But not nice. I will continue to use though.”

“Due to a delivery issue outside of their control, my order did not initially turn up as expected. But I have to praise Harrogate Organics Customer Service department who were incredibly speedy in responding to my email, and chasing up to discover what had gone wrong. They had a new order shipped out to me immediately, and were incredibly friendly and apologetic (even though the issue was not with themselves). The product itself was beautifully packed and smells lovely, and I have only just started using it so really hard to give a product review specifically just yet - but I am enjoying using it.”

“The magnesium spray is simply amazing and has certainly helped with regulating my sleep pattern. It’s non greasy and absorbs easily but most importantly for me, it works. I ordered online and collected in store. It was effortless and a joy to visit the store.”

“Products are amazing. I use the Magnesium spray every night and as well as stopping my calf muscle cramps, I'm having a much better sleep. I forgot to take it away with me recently and noticed a huge difference. I've now got the travel sized spray as well to pop in my suitcase next time”

“I have Multiple Sclerosis and have found thus product very helpful in easing the terrible leg spasms and restless legs. During the day I can cope somewhat with ease with my symptoms but the moment I tried to sleep it was quite impossible to do so due to my difficulties. Having used this product now for couple of months and have to say i'm rather impressed with the positive outcome. I'd definitely recommend people with MS who suffer leg spasms and/or restless legs to give this product a try, they just might be pleasantly surprised how well it works.”
