“I have been using the Magnesium spray on my legs for quite a while now.I get a lot of cramp mostly at night and I find it works for me and I no longer have restless legs which used to disturb my sleep. I would recommend it to anyone that suffers from night cramp etc .The ordering is easy and service and delivery is very quick. Made in Britain is good to see instead of foreign goods.”

“Purchased the magnesium spray. After trying numerous other “sleep” sprays and creams I thought I would give this a try. Total game changer!! I’m absolutely thrilled!! Wouldn’t be without it now. Daughter tried it and her and partner now also use it. I have even bought some as Christmas presents for those who I know struggle to get a good nights sleep. My number one go to from now on. Can’t wait to try other products.”

“I have very very sensitive skin and can't cope fragrances very well, but I was given a soap from you guys that I tried. This is one of the best things I've ever done for my skin. Soft skin ,no itching and scent not too strong. I can use this everyday with out a probelm. Thank you very much for this great product”

“Really good product .only thing can say about tablets.very big hard swallow. So had energy tablets. Had put in drink . Break down .felt so much better. On them . reason had break down stuck in throat. Order the magnesium spray.really work get good night sleep.”

“I thought I had already done a review but can't say enough how wonderful the magnesium spray is. I wake up fully refreshed and rested. Sleep comes so easily, and even if I wake up through the night I easily drop off again. If not, I do another quick spray. I would also like to praise the rescue balm which is very soothing. I also love the soap which has a lovely lather and softens the skin. Overall I am such a fan of everything I use. Total life changer.”

“I have used Inner Calm capsules and the magnesium spray for a few months now and the results are amazing. I definitely feel calmer and more even mood with the capsules.
