“I cannot recommend Harrogate Organics Magnesium Spray enough. I was a bit on the fence before purchasing, but having restless sleep for some time whilst going through the menopause, I was willing to give it a try and am I glad I did ! Literally from the first night of trying it, my sleep has improved hugely. It smells lovely, isn't greasy so absorbs nice and quickly. This is definitely going to be a regular purchase and I have already suggested it to friends and family.”

“I’ve been using this product for a couple of months it’s brilliant for my cramps in legs/feet and restless legs only now and again do I get cramps so this does wonders for me and it’s a spray so don’t have to use tablets for cramps”

“The products are amazing and have truly transformed my life. “I love the product which is why I am on my third delivery. It really works,which is more than can be said for the carrier paid to deliver it. Three consecutive deliveries misdelivered. “We are extremely happy with our online service, however, having told a friend about how good the products were, she visited the shop when in Harrogate but walked out after a period of time as she was ignored by the two shop assistants who were having their own conversation, shame!”
