“Well what can I say ? Thank goodness I discovered Harrogate organically several months ago . Magnesium spray is a game changer for me with several symptoms of fibromyalgia including widespread pain / headaches/ insomnia/ restless legs . I buy 2/3 bottles at a time , but they do last quite a while as I only use it just before bed . I’ve also now bought a muscle rub and Turmeric and black pepper supplements in addition. I will try anything natural rather than taking more prescribed medication.”

“So pleased to be able to get natural sage tablets! The company I previously bought them from had stopped stocking them and I was panicking. “I've only bought the Magnesium spray which I can honestly say I'm very happy with, use to have restless legs, cramp and sometimes pain at night so didn't get much sleep, since using the Magnesium spray I very rarely suffer from any of them, it definitely does do what it says on the bottle. “I have chronic back and mobility problems due to problems with a spinal fusion in 2002. I have nerve damage to my left leg and have constant pain which has increased to an almost constant 9. I have now also got a slipped disc at the fusion level L5/S1 which is pressing on the sciatica nerves. My mother also has sciatica and found the Magnesium spray from Harrogate Organics really helped her. She told me to give it a try so I did and my pain level drops to about a 5 when I use the spray.
