“I think the Magnesium spray must have changed it's formula, I have been using it for 9 months but just bought a new triple pack, the packaging was new & the product unfortunately me an allergic reaction. H O have kindly offered to refund me for the 2 unopened sprays.”

“Arrived beautiful packaged, even the bottle felt like quality & it smells so clean . I had such high hopes for this product having read the impressive reviews. Unfortunately it didn’t suit me at all, it gave me walking legs & I kept waking up in the night , the complete opposite to what it’s supposed to do !! I would say it calmed down my anxiety slightly, so not a total failure . Still advise people to try it because you can tell it’s a quality product just unfortunately didn’t work for me.”

“Love the magnesium spray and have recommended to 4 friends who have bought. Called in the shop to look at the bath salts and gel with a view to buying for xmas presents but very dissapointed with the fragrancex as they are very weak. Appreciate they are organic and you don't want to add perfumes but the point of adding these to the bath is enjoying the scents. Can you not add any natural fragrances”

“I bought the magnesium spray to help with my very poor sleep. I have used it just as directed for over a month. It has a pleasant smell and not sticky to apply as it is water based. Unfortunately it did not help my sleep at all BUT in using it (and it was not bought for this reason),by chance, it has helped my arthritis hugely. After rereading the reviews I see I'm not the only one. So, I am this impressed I have now purchased two more bottles of spray.... and have been able to cut back on my arthritis medication!”

“I bought the Rescue Balm to help with pain I was getting with my Achilles and it has really helped to ease it. Also bought one of the Bliss reed diffusers and it's really lovely. These were my first purchases from Harrogate Organics and I'd definitely be using them again.”

“I bought this to try and help with my restless legs, although not really helped it has helped massively with pain I was having around hip, I spray on at night and this helps hugely with pain as I couldn’t really lay on that side but I can now, and even the next day it would hurt but doesn’t so much anymore. So it definitely has helped with one of my problems. Thankyou”

“I bought 2 bottles for my son & my self as we each have issues with sleep. We both feel there's been a slight improvement, in that we both fall asleep quicker than without it. However the jury is still out as to whether it will improve our sleep quality, but we keep trying.”

“I like this very much after 2 weeks of using it. I’m not sure I have the dosage right yet. I use it to help deal with night cramps in my legs and it seems to really have helped”
