“I'm new to using this brand and bought because of customer reviews. I have the magnesium spray and Natural Calm tablets. I use the spray at night for sleep and seems to be helping despite a demanding cat who often disturbs my sleep! I also use it for aches and pains and it seems to be effective. i like that it’s non greasy and absorbs into my skin really well.”

“I have been using the magnesium spray for about a week now. I didn’t notice better sleep at first but now I feel it is helping. When rubbed into a painful joint, in my case my shoulder, it does take away the pain almost instantly which is great. I’m hoping my sleep will continue to improve.”

“The quality of the cotton flower stems was lovely but unfortunately when taken out of the packaging 2 of the cotton flowers fell off even though I was very careful.”

“I love the product and the company, but I have used it for two weeks and unfortunately it hasn’t helped me. I still can’t sleep and have very painful joints. I was really hopeful it would work.”

“I purchased as trying to help post menopausal sleep issues. The packaging and delivery were too, the packaging especially as it smelt lovely. I like the spray, it’s light and easily absorbed, doesn’t leave you feeling sticky. As to the affect on my insomnia, I’d say it’s maybe a little better, but I’ve only been using it about a week. I’m still waking up, but perhaps falling back to sleep again a little easier. I shall Continue using it and hope it gets better.”
