"Absolutely terrible service and quality! After getting into a road accident, my sweet niece wanted to send me a basket to make me feel better. She sent me a basket containing a teddy bear, balloon, chocolate strawberries, a box of chocolates and red velvet cake. She kept getting notifications that it was delivered but it showed up 2 days late. And when I did receive the box, the packaging was just awful. The entire cake was squished and its box was all collapsed because they placed it in the bottom! And the strawberries were horrific! They were stinking because they were spoilt, their juices was all over the packaging and the shipping box and their own box was all collapsed. I didn't even have time to take a photo of the strawberry box because it was in such a bad condition and I was trying to not get sticky and stinky strawberry juice all over my kitchen counter!\r\nAnd then, the teddy bear was sent for the occasion of graduation and not a 'Get Well' teddy. The only thing intact was the small box of chocolates.\r\nI understand my niece tried to reason with them as to make it right but they barely did anything and kept telling her that she should have selected same day delivery even though the option wasn't there at all when she was placing the order. They completely ignored that part, didn't address it and they barely offered a 50% refund which is ridiculous!! \r\nIf this company can't operate same-day delivery in Calgary, they should keep their operations in Ontario...don't come here and pretend to be a great company! What a pathetic joke of a company. You have been warned....DO NOT use this company at all!!! Save your money!"

"I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my Mother for Mother\u2019s Day and they arrived with the chocolate in tiny pieces at the bottom of the box (looked like it had been thrown against a wall!) and the strawberries were rotten and not eatable! I contacted customer service and they gave me HALF my money back?? after not even 1 strawberry could be eaten. The whole thing went in the trash! It was disgusting! I don\u2019t recommend using this company! I will never order again. They lost my business!\r\nSheryl G"

"I\u2019m based in New Zealand and placed an order the day before my senior citizen mother\u2019s birthday in Vancouver, choosing next-day delivery. The courier delivered flowers on time and they looked exactly like the photo on the website. My mother was delighted. I'm very happy with the process thank you."

"I ordered a plant and cake from this company on Dec 17th, for it to be delivered on Dec. 19th. I selected 2 day delivery. The cake arrived in a messy puddle in the box and the plant was completely dead on January 6th!! I do not understand how this is acceptable. I was completely mortified by the state the gifts arrived in and was told that it was my fault by customer service for not choosing one day delivery. The company should review their shipping options and if this is how two day shipping works then it should not be an option for perishable items. I was not offered any compensation. I will not use this company again or recommend it to anyone. Here are the photos of the delivered products. How embarrassing."
