“ordered model on line to NZ. Arrived on time and good service. Tried to get model when in Sydeny but did not have in stock. It was very good I could get model on line. Model is for my husban and he is pleased as he had a real Susuki GT 380 many years ago.”

“A few hiccoughs with online queries through the website that didn't get answered and phone calls weren't answered by humans and messages were not replied to. Contact through Messenger was their salvation and the staff also showed great integrity by upholding a discount offer that disappeared before anything was applied. Now, to sort out the spurious shopping cart reminders that need sorting/cancelling. I messaged after the third time and they promised to sort it out. I got two more (4th and 5th emails) regarding the cart but couldn't see the point in pointing them out- the point had been made, and acted upon. I have to believe this is just a glitch. A good recovery and, once communication with a human was established, everything was swiftly sorted. Good prices on select specials, by the way.”

“Was given a delivery number after securing a statue for a great price on sale. The time for delivery was pretty fast. The box was well secured with lots of bubble wrap and the box was untouched. The figure itself is secure. I appreciate the quick movement on the order and hope you order more things I like. I can maybe suggest looking at getting figures for Zenless Zone Zero? I would support you guys full time. No other store has these figures in preorder except for 1 store who can’t even respond to an email. I’ll keep an eye out for cool stuff…”
