“Prompt service and mail delivery. However the paint bottle was not properly sealed and leaked inside the package. Hobbyco responded immediately to my comments and sent a replacement. That’s what you call service and makes you want to go back for future purchases.”

“I have shopped at Hobbyco with my Dad since I was a young child, I'm now 78. It was then and still is now, my goto shop for toys and hobbies. The quality of merchandise is very good and the prices are reasonable. This January (2025) my Grandson wanted to buy a specific Formula 1 Lego kit and he tried shopping on-line but stock was limited and the price too high so he said, you know what, I'll go to to Hobbyco to see if I can get it there, and he did. The kit was in stock in the QVB store and the price was the lowest available. So, Greatgrandfather to Grandfather, to Father, to Grandson, we have all shopped at Hobbyco and will continue to do so. Thanks Hobbyco.”

“The store range and pricing ws good and the transaction and freight arrangments all went well however the 4WD remote buggy failed after about the 5 use. The 4WD system is no longer working and the buggy drives only as 2WD which is disappointing.”
