“I've always used hobby co to gain my aircraft collection, however the photos online aren't that accurate, hence why i prefer to buy it once ive seen it myself. I've purchase 1/100 and 1/200 scale models and their all different even the 1/200 group. Looking forward to you getting more stock as more aircraft's become available and thank you for always being reliable.”

“Thank you Hobbyco you guys there are all legends and so helpful to explain everything so you understand what you are buying. Purchsing online was so easy and straight forward and if you need any assistant they are just a phone call away. postage was outstanding as it arrived as stated and arrived on time well worth paying for the express post. “Its been over one month and I have not received my item. No communication from HobbyCo, I have to attend to the pick up store 2 times and store staff they will follow up and call me but never did. Worse experience as this is for a Christmas gift.”

“You know you are in the the place you want to be; when the staff greet you as you walk in the door making feel welcome. You look around, there is everything you could imagine that will make your layout, RC model, model kit the very best it can be. You are drawn deeper into the store passing other hobbists equally engrossed in the art of searching out that important item or just gazing, planning, building in their minds the perfect vision. Stop; you dont think this is real. Try it for yoursellf you will know. Something special, the staff willl speak to you provide personal service in a warm friendly manner. oh and they do know the suject. Online shopping supply and delivery is excellent, great range of products, assistance can be facillitated in a timley manner as the team are very responsive to questions followed up by timely delivery of goods packed with care to ensure they arrive in the very best condition for you.”

“Shopped in store (several different stores) and Online very good service However have had no luck getting an online refund.had good support and guidance inquiring about refund from online phone calls but haven't received refund or get onto anybody at the online phone no. Since returning item over two weeks ago and over twenty attempts. Hopefully once black friday calms down I will have more success”

“Grabbed a couple of kits in the sales that I'd been thinking about for a few weeks. Plenty of paymnet options and very reasonable postage costs. I cant remember if I ordered late froday or on the weekend, but I had the kits in my hand before the end of the week. The were well packed and not rattling about in the box, and thats always a good sign. This is the third or forth time I've used Hobbyco as they have a wide range of model kits, decent prices even outside the sales and fast post. Happy to recommend them to others.”
