Waited weeks for my trousers and when they arrived they had sent black instead of beige. I have now returned them and am waiting for an exchange.

I'm really not sure what's happening I returned my size 12 ordered to be replaced by a size 14 today I've received another size 12? I have received email saying my return is being processed Order No 303611 perhaps someone could contact me to advise thank you Susan

Hi Susan, Thank you for your feedback. I believe we have spoke about this recently and have managed to get to the bottom of it all. We have determined that you placed two individual orders for the size 12, while we had processed an exchange for the size 14 it was a misunderstanding of the billing of both orders. Items weren’t in stock in the warehouse despite saying they were available. Warehouse sat on this for two weeks until I asked for an update. Selected a replacement which said it was in stock, but that was not actually in stock either. Wouldn’t have been so annoying if it wasn’t pouring with rain in those two weeks and our team needed our waterproofs. Upgraded our delivery for the items that were actually in stock, but too little too late

I've had 6 emails TODAY. This is as close to spam as you can get whilst know the stock you sell is good. Very disappointing.

Big hole just underneath the armpit which I sewed. End of both sleeves tacked up on the inside. I cut the cotton & made small turn ups on the jumper.

I ordered 3 shirts 3 weeks later I had to chase them up , but until I chased the order up it seems they had no idea that I ordered them . Left hand doesn't seem to know what right hand is doing ( comes to mind )

Really disappointed that the exchange process takes so long! I ordered a new jacket to collect and wear during the three weeks I was back in the U.K., ordered and delivered before I arrived into the country, no issue. Unfortunately my jacket was too big, hence the exchange. Firstly, their web link to exchange didn’t work and when contacting customer services, I received a copy and paste response. No response from company to even say they had received my jacket back with them. Finally the exchanged item was sent out, but sadly arrived one day after I had flown back out of the country. Really disappointed that I never got to wear my jacket due to this company’s EXTREMELY slow processing. Only order from them if you already know the item will be perfect.

Hello, Thank you for your email. Please accept my sincerest apologies that your item was received too late. I have reviewed the emails and can see when you first contacted we sent over the full details on how to return including a link to create and print a label. Sometimes the link on the website does not work but will work when we re-send it which is why you received this email first. However once you confirmed that you were still having a problem with the link, our team went ahead and created the returns label for you and sent this over via email. The exchange was created on the 22nd of August and an order confirmation to confirm the exchange was processed was sent over, unfortunately our emails can drop into the junk and spam folders in error. The item you had requested was available for dispatch on within 5-7 working days which is what caused the delay with your exchange. I can see it was processed and dispatched on the 29th, I am very sorry that it didn't arrive in time for your stay in the UK. Our return information confirms if the exchange item is needed urgently we recommend placing a new order and returning your first order for a refund, we can always make accommodations to ensure you will receive free postage on your new order when doing this. I understand this information still doesn't change the fact that you didn't receive your item on time which again I am very sorry about, but hopefully it has explained our process in more detail if you wish to exchange in the future. Boots received were not as described, returned for refund but did not receive full refund, it therefore cost me £8.53 and time and effort and no boots .... have requested to be fully refunded. Hopefully they will and this is just an oversight.

Sometimes due to the high volume of returns the Warehouse process, they do not always get chance to check the notes. Sadly the Jack Murphy coat I ordered was so creased when I unpacked it I could not get the creases to hang out even after a day in the bathroom . Very disappointing

Although the process to purchase was easy, after I had ordered my jacket, I found the item £10 cheaper through a different seller. I emailed Hollands asking for a price match which I thought was a reasonable request but after a few emails back and forth and once my purchase had arrived they refused. As the item was priced over £120 I was disappointed not to receive a £10 refund.
