“Unfortunately I have to put 1 star, putting zero would've been more appropriate. They sent me the wrong product, I then enquired about getting the right one, They really wanted to know the colour of the box it came in for some ridiculous reason, sent me links to fill in DHL returns forms with all my details and the details of the parcel to be printed (i don't own a printer so needed to borrow a neighbours) The DHL portal said it had been successfully created and that I would receive an email with the label to print and a driver had been booked. The DHL driver arrived before the email (still haven't received the email) I spoke with DHL who advised a label had never been created... I tried to repeat the process and it won't work. So rather than spending time with my family on my day off, i have spent it trying to rectify this companies mistake, and i have not succeeded. So now i have an item i don't want and won't receive the intended item until after the date i need it. Nothing but stress, frustration and inconvenience. The product might be nice, but it's not the one I ordered.”
