“The Sunnyside Nacre watch broke right out of the package. Customer service told me it would cost $80 for them to repair as it must be my fault. I took it to a local jeweler, who for $50 did the repairs and verified it did indeed have a faulty clasp, and also the glass sat above the face, not inside the face, which is why the glass cracked when it fell due to the faulty clasp. I have never felt duped or regretted a purchase, as I have with Holzkern. I don’t even want to wear the watch now and this was a big purchase for me.”

“I have no idea about the quality of the watch is as it hasn't arrived, delayed but some rude person has said it's fed ex problem not holzkerns so who knows when it will arrive, i would advise all buyers to shop elsewhere as their after sales do not care less”

“The website was way to navigate and the communication was fantastic. I was a little concerned about the shipping window due to my last minute purchase but it came on the early end of the window. The website also had a note that US customers wouldn’t get a bill for tariffs at delivery which I was grateful for knowing upfront.
I would absolutely consider making another purchase.”
