Not possible to get the right fit through foot measurements alone. Cost of return very high and not worth the back and forth to find the right fit.

Dear Robin, Thanks for taking the time to review us and we're sorry that your shoes didn't fit. Whilst we're always here to help and advise we appreciate that ordering shoes in different fittings can end up in a return if the fit isn't quite perfect. Knowing that you're based in the US, we do work with a lot of stockists over there that could be better suited to order from as some do have a wide range of different fittings in stock and if anything needs to be returned it's domestic and less costly. I wanted to love the shoes (Bella in IDS heel) however, the size I ordered was too tight on my toes and front of foot. I had previously tried this size and it worked well. After reaching to customer service I was told they updated sizing back in 2020 and they said the shoe I previously tried on was probably a model using the older sizing. I was disappointed when they told me that even though the issue was probably their new sizing chart, that they would not help exchange this with shipping covered by IDS. Because the shipping cost between the return and exchange would equal getting a new shoe I decided it was not worth it, especially because I was nervous the exchange would also not fit correctly. I tried using the shoes in hopes that after they break-in a little they would work ok but after some time it caused too much pain on my feet and also I noticed the fabric was very easily starting to have threads peeling.

I always like but this time survive was really poor and untrusted , I was asking to change direction then they said ok ! But when I replay only 1-2 day later , they told me already shipped … I really can not believe how they work like that a client who buy more than 10years from them. And after I needed to pay tax for extra 40€ because they made mistake. I’m really shocked

Dear Yuko, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review with us and we're really sorry about this. Upon investigating it looks like a simple error in communication where a 'change of address' note wasn't added to the order quick enough and the shoes were made faster than they usually would have been made, so they were booked out and shipped before that note was added. Hi Pamela, Sad to receive two-star review in the case of shoes not fitting :( These shoes are returnable providing they're unworn and returned within 28 days, and available in smaller/larger sizes for exchange. Many thanks, International Dance Shoes

Hello, Thanks for sharing this and we again apologise that this happened to your shoes. As mentioned when we met in Bournemouth at the UK Open, unfortunately this might have been a case of a little less glue than we'd have liked and/or/combination of getting that tip of suede caught and then beginning a bit of peeling. I purchased a gift card for my daughter who wears your shoes. The amount I was charged for shipping and handling of a GIFT CARD, was ridiculously high...that charge should not be same as for shipping actual shoes! You can bet I won't be ever sending a gift card from you again.

Hi Judith, Many thanks for getting in touch and you are right, it is very high! Our team is going to issue a refund for part of the shipping cost because it is based at the same weight as a pair of shoes. Postage to the US is high just for sending something regardless of its size so it automatically applied that price. I ordered the wrong size shoe which I had to return but am Still waiting for shoes in correct size. Getting a bit concerned now.

I'm still waiting for the correct dance shoes to be delivered. I was advised to order the incorrect size dance shoe, which had to be returned. I desperately need them as I've several festive dances coming up and only have my dance training shoes

This is third pair of dance shoes I've ordered. All my previous orders were narrow as my feet are narrow however this pair of shoes is too narrow closer to the toe or perhaps slightly too short not sure which but they're very uncomfortable.
