“The shoes are beautiful but a heel was slightly out of position. I returned them for the problem to be fixed, which it was, and they are now perfect. Very comfortable and a good fit. It would have been nice to be refunded the cost of returning the shoes though.”

“Service was excellent and shoes are lovely but unfortunately, they do not fit properly and are really uncomfortable. I have not been able to try them in dancing because I am not confident in the fit. I would much prefer to go to a shop and try shoes on before I buy them, especially when they cost so much. I doubt that I will be able to wear these shoes and am unable to return them because they are made to order.”

Thanks for taking the time to review us, we're delighted you liked our service and shoes, but we're sorry that they didn't fit. These are made to order but would be returnable, however they were ordered at the end of July and sent at the start of August meaning the period to return them has sadly passed. If you find this type of shoe a bit tight, then it would be possible to take them to a shoe repair store to have them stretched.
You'd be more than welcome to book an appointment at our shop (though you are quite far away) to ensure we get the size right next time.
We are planning on adding some new styles and fittings soon so do ensure you're signed up to our mailing list too.

“Nicely made dance shoes with great material. Light weight, not heavy on feet and quite sturdy. Love that!
Regular usually fits me fine but this regular was too wide so I had to order another pair in narrow. Fits much better. I do need to exchange the first pair which I still have and never wore. I'd like to know if I can still exchange it. Bought the first pair in February this year. In US had to pay over $30 more in customs.”
“It was my first time of trying this brand of shoe, was happy with the design but noticed when taking back steps and releasing the front toes in Ballroom i felt the shoe was not tight enough to my heel as i felt it possibly could have come off. I think i would order half a size smaller next time than my original size for that additional bit of comfort to my feet.”

Just checked up the order of replacement soles: ordered on 27th November, shipped the following day (which is ok) but just checked the UPS tracking and see it was not delivered until the 5th December which is really, really unusual. Thanks for bringing this to our attention and we do apologise that it took that long as normally it's next day delivery. “A bit on the smaller side , but should have checked the sizing in detail I guess as I am always a 4 but in these I should have gone up half a size. They are comfy though and very light.”

Thanks for taking the time to review us. Just checked your order and it was for two pairs of regular fitted shoes - we do offer wide and extra wide fittings for no extra charge. Whilst the wide fitting is simply a bit more room in the vamp, the extra wide fit has a wider insole base which you may find more suitable.

“I was delivered on time. I took the wide option but it is barely what it takes basic its shoes must be quite narrow. It's also a pity that we don't have the choice of smaller heels. But otherwise the shoes are very good.”
