It was easy to pick out and order exactly what I wanted. I ordered the drum necklace with birthstone, wing and name tag. The quality is excellent and the engraving is perfect. All are bright and shiny looking like sterling silver. My only qualm is that the bale on the drum is not as large as the bales on the other pieces. I did not order the chains because I need 14 to 16 inch chains. I do like the larger bales because the ends of most chains are slightly too large to fit through smaller bales.

The urn was just as expected. It is a beautiful living tribute to a precious child born prematurely that did not survive. Would recommend to anyone needing one.

Beautiful Viking-inspired urn. Well made, nicely packaged. Please put the clear bag somewhere easier to spot. I used a ziplock bag, lol. Then when I was recycling the box found the bag at the bottom. Love this urn though. My dad would be so happy.

This company is amazing, I had put the wrong date on my mothers name plate , I emailed them and left a message vila phone message with the right dates, Within minutes I received a call and a email letting me know they changed the dates . Now that is what I call great customer service.😊

This urn is absolutely perfect for my dad. He loved trains and this is a fitting resting place for him. The quality is better than expected. I did accidentally get a medium size which is not large enough for an adult. In The Light Urns has been extremely responsive and helpful in correcting this. Highly recommend!!

Things arrived in a timely manner and were of great quality. The only complaint I would have is that I thought one of the keychain urns came with 2 more charms (as was pictured) but it did not. I thought I had chosen to have all of them, but found out when I received it that I didn’t. That part was confusing when placing the order!

I’m very happy with the product and I was able to put my mom ashes in it easily with the tools provided. Sadly I had an accident on my motorcycle and I feel that my mom in my bell and her angels were there to protect me. Thank you for getting the bell to very quickly.
