“Five stars for sure surpassed expectations very satisfied with the purchase of three urns from their imperfect urns selection! they were all immaculate and can honestly say I could not find a single imperfection on any of them at all. For them to offer such a service for grieving families is not only incredible but very thoughtful of them as well. “It was a nice little addition to my husband’s urn. I like the options for adding the birth & passing stones. The mockup looked great, however, when I received the final product the picture came out on the grainy side. It wasn’t very clear & that was a bit disappointing, especially for the price I paid for this. I expected a much better quality product than what I received.”
