“Correspondence was great getting back to me was so fast I couldn't believe how fast & efficient it was. Everyone I spoke with was wonderful & very helpful. The only complaint I have is I did not understand the bottle was going to be printed sideways??? You don't drink a beer on it's side. So when they showed it to me i Thought they were just doing that to show me what it would look like with his name. I was very disappointed & cried even worse cause I had my family go online & view it then I received it sideways & i was very hurt to say the least. I would have just did 11-27-38 to 11-4-20 if i would have known it was too long or whatever was wrong. Other than that the timing in which it was sent was faster than a speeding Budweiser too. Thank You Gaylene Joosten”
