“You should add options to edit your engraving after you get to the shipping screens at the review. Also a remove button from the shopping cart.”

“It was frustrating that your form had a zip code error because the shipping address was different than the billing address. Once I selected same as billing the error went away and the order was placed, but now I have to send it somewhere else when it arrives. It would be great if you could fix that, thanks.”

“I had a very good experience with the very first pendant I bought on here (for my grandma). The next one (for my grandpa) was the same as this one but it ended up breaking at my job. I emailed the company about just receiving it and it breaking. I got no word back what so ever. I'm still upset with this, but I love this pendant, especially because it matches my first one rather nicely. I'm giving this another chance. I hope it works. Just as an fyi, be very careful about which funeral homes fill your pendants. ALWAYS make sure they glue it shut. Before it broke, the thread came loose after the funeral home attendant swore left and right that she secured it tightly. This is the third time something like that has happened.”
