“Beautiful but I could not use because I want to use for burial”

“The urn was absolutely beautiful. The only complaint is that it is very large. I called and asked customer service if I should order the medium one. They recommended the large as my friend weighed under 120 lbs when she passed. I went with that recommendation. However, I believe the medium would have been a better size. Thank you for your prompt service.”

“I love the medallion that was sent to me with my mothers picture on it. The only downfall of the medallion sticking to urn is that it doesn’t really stick well. It’s kind of a disappointment when you spend so much money on something that you thought that would actually stick without a problem.”

I do know with our medallions they are meant to just hang around the neck of the urn and the complementary double tape we send is just so it will not swing around when pushed or moved. This does lead me to believe that you may have emailed our no reply email from which the invoices are sent.
