“Great customer service!!! My mothers urn was lost in transit sitting in a warehouse somewhere for 4 days I called In the light urns and they overnighted a new one for me!!! I was very greatful for their immediate response to an already stressful and emotional time!! Thank you In the Light Urns!!!”

“Mailing was quick but the quality of the owl on ur was not up to expectations it was made out of plastic for the 350.00 I paid could of had been of ceramic.”
