“The adult sized Virgen de Guadalupe urn was beautiful and able to accommodate our loved one who weighed 350 lbs when she was alive. Our family appreciated that the inscription was able to be done in Spanish and included accents. Customer service was very helpful and quick to answer our questions.”

“First off ; the urn was For William Larson. He passed Feb 1 2023. I ,his daughter ordered it because of the steam engine. Bill was the conductor for the Tennessee Valley Railroad for years. Ot was his passion and I wanted something that reflected that. Thank you so much! It is perfect. He would have been very happy! Thank you Kim Larson.”

“EDIT: The team at In The Light Urns reached out to me post-review and ensured that I got the product as advertised! We're super happy with it and trust that Dad is too! Their after-sales team is impeccable and made us feel secure in ensuring we were satisfied! Couldn't recommend them more! PRIOR: We pondered long on the type of urn, we'd like for our dad, and when we chanced upon the toast bottles, we thought it would be the perfect keepsake. We're happy with the finish, however, we are a little disappointed as we expected the name to stand out (just like the sample), perhaps in a larger font but it did not. There was no place to change the font size either.”

“A spelling mistake was made on an urn that I purchased, and they fixed it right away and sent me a new one. It came super quick and the support staff was great. Really fortunate to have chosen this company given the difficult time I have been going through with the loss of my mother.”
