“I ordered three Sono Gunmetal Wooden Key Chain Urns for the three men who were like brothers to my late husband. They arrived in beautiful gift boxes, and I was extremely pleased with the quality of the urns. I have purchased from In the Light Urns before for my mother, and will purchase again if the need, sadly, arises. I highly recommend their products.”

“BEAUTIFUL!! I received my order very quickly. I had chosen silver tags but they were not available. The other option I was offered was more then satisfactory and I preferred the black to the silver it turns out. The keepsake urns I ordered are even more beautiful in person! I am very impressed and pleased with the entire experience. My Dad was a fisherman and he would highly approve of the urns himself”

“We were very disappointed with the beer can urn! So much so that we sent it back and are expecting a full refund. What could have been a really nice tribute and memento for my husbands remains was a real letdown”

Hi, I do see that item you purchased does show the engraving more towards the bottom, so as to allow the engraving to be seen with the love charms. “We had an issue with one of the urns sent. While we were upset that the urn was damaged. The customer service was great. They immediately tried to make right what was wrong. While i would suggest that the design of the urn we got be changed or the urn its self be discontinued. All was not lost, we understand that this wasnt in its self a reflection on the company as a whole and would recommend them or use them again in the future.”
