“The Urn was beautifully done with beautiful wood and ingraving. I bought it for my step daughter, as its what she picked out. She was also very happy with the quality of the Urn. My only complaint was the screws were cranked in so tight that we had to use an electric screw driver to get them out.! I wasn't able to do the job and had to leave putting the ashes in to her, i felt badly about that ,as i know it was hard for his only daughter to do, emotionally! Besides for that, the box was beautifully made.”

“I lost my best friend and I wanted something that would represent her. This urn is so her and I love it (I know she would've). A couple days after placing the order, the team reached out to me with a mock photo of what the urn would look like to confirm everything was correct. A couple days after that, it was shipped. It was packaged very well and had fragile stickers to let the courier know to handle with care. I definitely recommend this company”

“The Air Force memorial box for my husband's ashes is stunning, and the engraving is perfectly done. Hecwill be laid to rest at Ft. Logan National Military Cemetary with military honors. The box is a fitting final tribute to a very special man♡ As a suggestion it would be nice to have a companion box to hold his watch, glasses, jewelry etc. The other box you offer is way too small.”

“Very good customer service. First order arrived damaged by carrier and was missing components. A new order was placed for me with next day shipping and the replacement was as expected. The companion water pillow was really heavy and started to buckle and I was so worried it was going to immediately sink but it floated for about a minute before it gracefully sunk into the ocean.”
