“I'm so pleased with the pewter urn I ordered for my nephew who was a big Dallas Cowboys fan. I'm not very technical and had to call for assistance with placing the order and immediately was able to talk to someone that spoke "English" and walked me through the order. “We ordered two necklaces one for myself and one for my husband. His looks similar to a Time Capsule and mine looks like a mother holding a child. Mine is doing okay but his eyelet did break within the first week of having it. Fortunately he is pretty crafty and was able to do a repair rather quickly as we didn’t want to get a replacement as it was engraved and we already had it sealed with some of our son’s ashes. Overall they are holding up pretty well though.”

“Beautiful piece of work, shipped quickly, was a little confused because the plaque wasn’t on the urn or in any of the shipping materials so I called and a very kind gentleman explained that they usually wrap them and put them in the urns to avoid damage. Will definitely be buying a few keepsake urn in the future.”
