“I haven't used the urn yet. But this is my second one and the first one was definitively 5 stars. We placed some of my Dad's ashes in the first one and placed it in the river at the spot where he once rescued a child. I'm taking more of his ashes to California and placing him in the Pacific Ocean. My father traveled to many foreign countries but he never saw the Pacific Ocean. So, he's going in March on the beautiful urn. It's the perfect size for a small amount of ashes. Thank you!”

“My son's custom urn was the most wonderful creation and I believe that my son would approve of his resting place, In the Light Urns went above and beyond. I recently purchased an urn ring from them and not only do I love the ring but they included everything to add the ashes right down to the super glue to add that little drop on the screw, I was so impressed.”

“The ordering process was smooth. I had order the football urn with pictures. A representative took the time to call a confirm the spelling was correct as well as sent pictures of how they would be placed on the football. The urn was more than what i had expected. Me an my kids where in love with the overall display once we set everything up.”

“I am so pleased at the way In The Light Urns is so caring. Initially, the urn was to be delivered after our memorial service even though I had paid extra for UPS/FedEx delivery. When I called the company and told them my displeasure about the late delivery, they had a replacement urn sent out immediately (in time for the service) and sent a postage-paid label to return the original urn when it came. Thank you for being so caring.”

“Well, I received my order very fast; however, I was disappointed in the length of the chain provided with the nameplate. The chain that came with my husband's urn nameplate that I ordered back in 2019 was a lot longer and I thought mine would be the same.”
