There were cracks and marks all over the radiator cover I wasn't very happy with but was easy to put together and Iv repainted it so looks better now once was up the cracks were hidden well but still it shouldn’t of had any cracks or marks on it at all.. I don’t mind trying out shops that are new to me but wouldn’t buy from here again

After seeing a few recommendations on Instagram, I went ahead to purchase 2 radiator covers on the 27th of July. Its the 18th of August and I still haven't received them. I have called customer care over and over and all I get is "your item has been scanned at the depot and will be delivered to you shortly". Never had to write a bad review before, but you made this all so easy! And the audacity to actually send me an email asking if I am happy with the product (that STILL hasn't been received) is laughable!! I will be sending the items back when they arrive and will be asking for a refund!

Hello, I am so sorry to hear about your experience with our courier not delivering your item. We did reach out to you privately two weeks ago to rectify this for you but we've not received anything as of yet. As an apology for the four-working day delay, we did process you a partial refund of your order and we have logged a complaint with the courier. Cut a long story short 2 emails were sent to me 1 a dispatch confirmation and 1 a delivery track. 10 days later no delivery and had to ask for a refund on 3 separate occasions after they confirmed it hadent even been picked up for delivery now im still waiting for a refund.
