I ordered an electric golf trolley from them. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because the order was delivered very promptly. However, when it arrived one of the parts was upside down making it difficult to use and with the passage of time, the phone holder will be unusable as it will fall out of its bracket as the opening is at the bottom instead of the top. Attempts to get them to deal with the matter resulted in repeated deflection of the problem to me and then to demand £15 to return the defective product. First and last time for these guys.

The radiator cover that I ordered was to fit a large radiator as I ordered the same dimensions as described for both medium and large on the website therefore I ordered the medium for a slightly lower price as the dimensions were exactly the same as the large but cheaper . But once received it didn’t fit as expected and I had to pass it on to my sister to have . Very disappointed as bit misleading and I still need to buy a large cover for my radiator .

Even though the product was very well priced and came super quickly, once built I noticed there were countless chips and dents in the wood which I then had to fix with wood filler, So price and quickness 4* but overall quality I would say is a 2*

Screws missing delivery took a day longer than stated radiator has a strong smell to it

Goods arrived damaged, replacement also damaged with parts missing. On the plus side, customer service was very good and I accepted a full refund. This left me a very disappointed customer who will not be tempted to use the company again.

Delivery service rubbish and waiting to hear back from this site takes forever. Still waiting for my refund let’s see how long it takes. My advice goto ikea it’s a lot quicker and easier

There are some defects on the face of the radiator cover and to the side. Also on the upright spacers the holes on one of them were too large for the bolts and holes too small for the wooden dowels. I had to drill to make the dowel holes slightly larger and find a wider bolt to fit. I can remedy most of the defects myself, but your supplier needs to improve upon their QA standards and you should consider compensation.

First of all the delivery was ok when a took the items out to check if it was there after sometime i realised one of the numbers was wrong also both corners were damaged so not too happy about it
