“The mirror had become unstuck from the frame when delivered obviously been stored somewhere not suitable and had to be glued back on. The cable socket for the lighting is on the side so the wire is stuck out on the right hand side, in my opinion it should be at the back out of site other than that it’s fine.”

“Good service , product good but did have a few marks and the fixing holes didn’t match up on one side had to re drill”

“The radiator cover looks good and arrived really quickly. The paint job on it was very poor though, which was disappointing. We decided to re-paint it ourselves rather than return it”

“Prompt delivery and cheap. Quality of radiator covers was poor with badly drilled holes, broken fixings and uneven paint.”

“Delivered in good time, packaging reasonable. Build quality good although 3 locking cams were missing out of the 2 covers ordered. Reasonable quality for the price. The design should although for greater venting of heat from the radiator from convection, I have modified these to allow this process. Looks good when assembled and in situ.”

“I ordered vertical radiator covers and one of them was not properly finished it was very rough along the top of it”

“Very quick delivery. However, several of the parts were incorrectly drilled making assembly impossible using the supplied fixings. Had to drill and glue the dowels and use screw on fixing plates for support. Sprayed paint finish is very poor in places, particularly the front edge of the top, this will need touching in as it does show. However, the finished item looks great, much better than an ugly radiator and provides a useful shelf. Good value and modern design.”

“First radiator cover I received was damaged . They promptly replaced it , no qualms . Unfortunately 2nd one also had damage but I was able to make one good one out of all the parts … disappointing but excellent customer service”
