Morning there l am really not happy with my raditor cover its got a mark on top and not been painted in the middle of it its been missed it white. could you please email me to send me a new one or my money back please. many thanks Claire.

They do not provide a facility to return items, meaning the customer has to arrange. The cheapest courier I could find charged 50% of the value of the furniture, meaning returning was not economically viable. Avoid, stick with more established companies.

The radiator cover is very poor quality . The second cover is still in its box . It is in multiple bits to put together and so far we have only constructed a small part of it because it is such a job. We wish we had never bought them. I doubt whether we make up the second cover. They are a complete waste of money and we are going to either buy more or continue using the old chipped ones.

Very poor quality radiator cover had chips out of the corners it wasn't painted correctly overall totally disappointed

Never have I had an item so badly damaged, then they sent a second one in a worse state than the first and I’ve had to take them both to the tip as the don’t arrange collection for the goods!!!

Fast delivery . Thats were the good bit ends . radiator cover very poor quality screws missing (scattered around the box) paint missing wont use again...

The radiator cover was awful- flimsy and in a vast number of pieces. The customer services team had told me it came as 4 sections. At least they reimbursed me promptly.

The parcel was delivered to the wrong postcode even though they sent me a pod saying it had been delivered to me. Had to chase customer services to find out how they were going to rectify it. They sent me another one that turned up damaged and with screws missing so had to buy more screws

Sadly we were very disappointed. The overall style of the radiator cover was perfect but unfortunately the quality and finish was poor. Several panels were not finished on the edges and others had been overpainted and had smeared or stick together. Customer service were very efficient in their response and issued me a full refund.

I understand that in order to keep prices down we source cheap goods from China. But there comes a point when we cross the line from ‘cheap’ to ‘not fit for purpose’. The radiator cover we bought was in the second category. Some of the components are floppy mdf which resembles cardboard. I had to re- make it with better materials. Truly awful.

Small white radiator cover. Unable to erect and full refund given. Fault was damage to top shelf. Holes for fittings in the wrong place so unable to put any of it together. Customer services answered call right away and reviewed photos I had sent and confirmed refund

I am trying to return my purchase as it arrived damaged. I have emailed 2 different email addresses and called the contact number and nobody has come back to me in a week. Poor service.

Items arrived quickly but one of the items was incorrect. I sent an email straight away as requested, with a photo. I’m still waiting to hear from them over a week later. It was their mistake as I ordered correctly so hoped a replacement would be on its way but they haven’t even replied. One of the radiator covers was impossible to put together as some of the pre drilled holes were in the wrong places. In the end we glued it together as we don’t think we’re ever going to get a reply about the other item, let alone this one.
