“Ordered potatoes on a tuesday for a friday delivery. Had to chase on monday and was THEN sent and delivered on the following day. Potatoes are great quality, but for fairly expensive delivery, i’d expect the order to have been dispatched, especially given they had ample time. Got an apology, but a refund of the postage would have been the kind of thing that ensures future customers. Also, i ordered separately their mixed fruit & veg seeds deal “free” but with >£7 postage. Over half was cress. I understand it’s pot luck, but come on. Again though, i’m fairly confident of the quality.”

“Received the 20 free packets of seeds you advertised.I appreciate these were called random packs but i have received only 5 different selections. one tomato,two cress,four chives,four dahlia, and TEN Parsley (theses would keep me going for 20 years). I feel this is totally unreasonable , especially with the £7.14 postage charge. I suppose that this is what you get when you think you are getting a deal, but really you are being ripped off. Especially with out of date stock ( which i knew about) but i am never going to plant this many seeds all of the same type. Would not use this company again, they did not even reply to my email about the complaint”

“Always buy my compost with peat from Jamiesons, as good Compost with peat is hard to come by. It is always delivered within 2 days and is of the highest quality. Would recommend.”

“I always buy compost and topsoil directly from Jamieson Brothers as the high quality of the products is guaranteed. My only quibble is that the transport costs are rather high. However, even taking this into account, the prices are still lower than buying from a third-party retailer. Deliveries always arrive on time or even earlier than expected.”
