Ordered potatoes on a tuesday for a friday delivery. Had to chase on monday and was THEN sent and delivered on the following day. Potatoes are great quality, but for fairly expensive delivery, i’d expect the order to have been dispatched, especially given they had ample time. Got an apology, but a refund of the postage would have been the kind of thing that ensures future customers. Also, i ordered separately their mixed fruit & veg seeds deal “free” but with >£7 postage. Over half was cress. I understand it’s pot luck, but come on. Again though, i’m fairly confident of the quality.
