“I bought three potato grow bags of the type that my father used over half a century ago. Up to now, I have grown potatoes in large pots, but these potato bags seemed a good price so I thought I would try them. They are still unused and will be until 2024, but they seem to be of a robust construction with drainage holes about an inch above the bottom. Thus water can form in the last inch of the bag, which will make a reservoir for the growing plant, but if the seed potato is planted about four inches above the base, it should not get waterlogged. The website claims that four potatoes can be planted in these bags, but I am dubious about that. Certainly, four first and second earlies could be planted in one bag, but I think I will limit maincrop potatoes to just two or perhaps three at a pinch. That said, these bags seem like a good buy and I look forward to growing potatoes in them in 2024.”

“Had to fight to get the 10% off as advertised on the site, then the delivery company left the huge bag of compost in the vestibule. I’m disabled and paid for delivery to my flat itself. I notified the company but heard nothing back. Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t use again. The product itself was good though.”

“Your service was let down by the carrier you chose APC. I asked for delivery 'To be left by the front door''. Two 30kg bags were left, on wet grass, in the falling rain, in the driveway. A gable end, no door. To add insult driver left a note with the photo 'As requested'. The girls in customer service were very good. They must get tired of apologising. I am past retiring age and was left with manhandling these bulky items indoors. Efficient processing spoiled by the carrier.”

“You said you would email me when the bulbs were on there way, but we had no communication from you what so ever. We were just on our way out when they arrived. A few minutes later and we would have missed the delivery. Bulbs all look pretty good”
